The personal data provided by users requesting informational materials or data for the publication of ads are only used to perform the service or provide the information requested, and these data are only communicated to third parties when it is necessary to do so for that specific purpose.

TYPES OF DATA HANDLED

Navigation data: As part of their normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website do acquire some personal data the transmission of which is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This information is not collected so it can be associated with identified users. By its very nature, however, such information could enable users to be identified as a result of its being processed and associated with other data held by third parties. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who visit the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the server’s response ( completed, error, etc..) and other parameters regarding the operating system and computer environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information regarding the use of the site and to make sure it is functioning correctly, and they are deleted immediately after processing. These data could be used to establish responsibility if IT crimes were to be committed against the site: except for this eventuality, the data on web contacts are not currently stored for more than three days. 

Data supplied voluntarily by users: When users explicitly and voluntarily choose the option of sending electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site, the sender’s address is automatically acquired since it is necessary to respond to requests. Any other personal data included in the message is also acquired in these cases. Specific synthetic information will be gradually reported or displayed on the pages of the website dedicated to specific services available on request.

They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the authority in question in accordance with the provisions of articles 15 to 22 of GDPR 679/2016, addressing this request to the Data Controller.
